British theatre dance association arranges recreating events and festivals annually to entertain students and to create healthy atmosphere in the university. BTDA is very strict institute if we study the rules and regulations of the institute. It has even designed rules for its festivals and events. This is the reason why we again and again mentioned that BTDA is a very much disciplined institute that is a dream of every person. These rules are made necessary to follow to each and every person who is a part of BTD in any way. Every person whether the person is a teacher, a student, an examiner or any administration member.
Let me tell you some of the rules of festivals that arranged for championship contests and competitions through this article. The first and the most important rule of this festival is that the students that are admitted in this institute can only part in this festival. Others which are not studying in the institute are not allowed to take part in this championship contests. They are not allowed to enter the institute without taking permission from the administration or the examiners which have some authorities. According to second rule the students will have to compete in the open festivals at BTDA and the contestants who win from those contests, will be allowed to take part in these championship festivals. They will have to take part in the same course and not in the changed one.
According to the third rule of the festival students are placed in the competition according to their eligibilities and on the approval of committees designed for selection. It depends on the capabilities and eligibilities of the players how they play and compete. Students who deserve to be in the finals are passed to compete in the finals otherwise they disqualify. Fourth rule is to give the fee and fill the formalities of fee submission to qualify for the final competition. This fee is submitted to the teachers and the examiners assigned to each class. Teachers are asked to get them after the terminating point. According to fifth rule there each section of BTDA School has fixed amount of students which are to be entered for the finals and championship.
Sixth rule of these festivals say that in the performance shows certain groups are made according to the age of student who are supposed to give group performances in the festivals. While in seventh rule it is mentioned that the fee collected by students for entries are sent to the head office of BTDA. According to the eight rule winners are awarded with winner certificates and report sheet which mention the position of the student. These were the rules which are strict to every member of BTDA.
